Login, registration and invitations
You received an email with an invitation to activate an account. This email contains a username and a password.
The sender of the email is: No Reply GoOffshore (no-reply@tennet-gooffshore.nl). Please sign in as soon as possible via the link in the email at [GoOffshore].
Steps to activate your account
Troubleshooting tip
If you are not prompted to enter your username and password, it may be because you are already signed in with another Microsoft account. To resolve this:

After signing in, you will see a screen prompting you to proceed. Click on the ‘Next’ button to set up a secure sign in method.

- Open the sign in page of the [GoOffshore] Certification portal via this link: Sign in
- Click on the ‘Sign in’ button.
- Follow the prompts to enter your username and password, which you can copy directly from the invitation email.

- Open an InPrivate/Incognito window (right-click on your browser icon and select ‘New InPrivate/Incognito Window’).
- Revisit the sign in page in the InPrivate/Incognito window.

- In the next screen you can proceed by using the Microsoft Authenticator app as a secure sign in method. Follow the instructions to download and set it up.
- If you prefer, select I want to set up a different method to receive secure codes via your phone.

You're a TenneT employee with a @tennet.eu e-mail adresss. You can sign in with your @tennet.eu mail address and password. - Another company
I do not work at TenneT but for an external contractor/company. You have received a username and password via email from No Reply GoOffshore (no-reply@tennet-gooffshore.nl). You can sign in with your username. If you have not received this email, please send us an email via the contact option on this help page.

To register to the [GoOffshore] Portal, you need to send an email to go4IT-access-nl@tennet.eu. Make sure to include the following in the email:

Roles and certificates
For TenneT Offshore Germany work the roles and certifications are moved to this application. If you had a profile in Certwell all your roles and certifications have been moved here. An invitation has been sent to your Certwell profile e-mail to explain the process and how to accept the invite.

In the top navigation go to Roles and certificates, then click on New certificate button on the right top to upload a new certificate.
After submission the certificate will be reviewed by TenneT and you will be notified via e-mail of the outcome.

A role is used as a mechanism to provide a quick overview if a certain set of certificates have been uploaded for a specific type of requirement. For example the TenneT GFO-O Offshore role is used to validate if a user has all the required certificates to be transported to and from a platform. Having this particular role is essential to be able to work for TenneT on Offshore platforms.
We have carefully moved all your data from Certwell into this application. If all your certificates are in place (see question below) you can easily select the role again on the new role page. If also your certificates seem to be missing see the next FAQ item.

After submitting or updating a certificate the validity will be checked by TenneT. The certificate will be pending in "Pending certificates" on the Roles and certificates page. Once the certificate is either approved or denied an e-mail notification will be send.
- The first letter of your WINDA ID should start with the first letter of your first name as on your passport/ID.
- The second letter of your WINDA ID should start with the first letter of your last name as on your passport/ID.
- The next 6 characters (numbers 3 to 9) should be numbers.
- The last 2 characters of your WINDA ID should correspond to the country code of your passport country of issue.

Do you see the following error?
User account from identity provider 'mail' does not exist in tenant 'Tenant' and cannot
access the application 'TenantId' in that tenant.
If you see this error message when trying to login with a non-tennet account, it likely means you're logged in with the wrong account.

- Try to login with your tennet-workoffshore account credentials you received via email (from no-reply@tennet-gooffshore) when your access to the portal was set up. Please do not use your personal account. (Username has the format of: firstname.lastname@tennet-workoffshore.de)
- Does this not solve the problem or are you an internal user? Make sure that you try to login on the correct portal.
- For Germany use the following link: https://gooffshore.tennet.eu
- For the Netherlands use the following link: https://gooffshore-nl.tennet.eu
- If you are still not able to login, it may be because you are already signed in with another Microsoft account. To resolve this:
- Open an InPrivate/Incognito window (right-click on your browser icon and select ‘New InPrivate/Incognito Window’).
- Revisit the sign in page in the InPrivate/Incognito window.
- Otherwise no account is created yet for you and you need to request access using the register button above.
Roles and certificates
For TenneT Offshore Germany work the roles and certifications are moved to this application. If you had
a profile in Certwell all your roles and certifications have been moved here. An invitation has been
sent to your Certwell profile e-mail to explain the process and how to accept the invite.

Flights and crew changes
The flights can be found on the My flights page. In this portal
on this page you can find all your flight information and replaces the Flight Transmittal Sheet (FTS)
which was send before via e-mail.
Flights are planned to accomodate a crew change for working on Offshore platforms. On the my flights
overview you see all related flights for that day within that crew change. You can view my flights on My flights page.
You will receive an SMS for every new-, update or cancelation of a flight. By default the "receive SMS
option" is set to yes, if you do not want to receive updates you can turn this off on the bottom of the
Profile page
Please note: Turning of SMS will mean you will not be notified and you need to check the portal to see if there are changes or new flights!
