What does the long legal text actually say? To get a better idea of what we do for you and what we expect from you, we have summarized our terms and conditions for you in plain language.

Your data

In order to provide our services, we need the correct (contact) information from you. So always check carefully what you fill in and inform us in time of any changes (e.g. a move). We like to be well informed about this. Some of our services require personal information from you. For example, we use your place and date of birth to ensure that there is no confusion about your qualifications. After all, you don't want these inadvertently registered with someone else.

Your ordered services

We do our best day and night to ensure that our systems are always performing at their maximum capacity and are accessible. Unfortunately, there are times when this may not be the case for a few minutes in a year. We have taken strict measures to ensure they remain maximally accessible. Sometimes we have to do maintenance, we always want to stay up to date. Usually you will not notice this, but it may happen that we shut down your services for a short time. We make every effort to inconvenience you as little as possible. We will inform you when we improve or change parts of your services. Our services are the same for everyone. You do not buy a service from us, you can use it.
We may also engage other parties to perform your services. Of course, we remain ultimately responsible and you can always contact us with any questions.
